SS17's monochromatic grey colorway draws from Building Blockʼs industrial design influence, which is rooted in a formal process of 2D and 3D description. The color grey is explicitly smooth to the point of seeming simulated as if by 3D representational software while clear PVC bags creates a levitating + equally surreal effect. This relationship between the precision of computer generated imagery paired with Building Blockʼs focus on geometry underlines the promise that process, can at times, inform form.
